<p><strong>Un chec aromat si usor de preparat.</strong><br />

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>6 oua<br />
1 cana de zahar<br />
1 cana de ulei<br />
coaja de la 2 lamai<br />
500 ml sana<br />
100 g stafide inmuiate in apa fierbinte<br />
1 praf de copt<br />
faina cat cuprinde</p>
<p><strong>Preparare:</strong></p>
<p>Ouale se spumeaza bine impreuna cu zaharul, pana se albesc. Se adauga uleiul rand pe rand, ca la maioneza. Adaugam coaja de la cele 2 lamai, stafidele inmuiate in apa fierbinte si scurse, sana si la final faina si praful de copt. Compozitia trebuie sa aibe consistenta unei smantani groase.<br />
Se tapeteaza  2 tavi de chec cu hartie de copt, se imparte compozitia si se coace  in cuptorul preincalzit.</p>

<p><strong>Cu unt, crocanti, glazurati si deliciosi!</strong><br />

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>2 pachete de unt de buna calitate<br />
zahar pudra<br />
2 galbenusuri<br />
faina cat cuprinde<br />
colorat rosu wilton<br />
2 ciocolati poiana amaruie<br />
ulei</p>
<p><strong>Preparare:</strong></p>
<p>Untul la temperatura camerei se spumeaza cu zahar pudra. Zaharul nu l-am cantarit, am  pus dupa gust. Se adauga galbenusurile pe rand, colorantul si la final faina, cat cuprinde astfel incat sa iasa un aluat omogen care poate fi framantat.<br />
Se infasoara in folie de plastic si se da la frigider pentru  o ora.<br />
Apoi se scoate si se formeaza bilute, in palma.</p>

<p>Se incinge cuptorul, se tapeteaza o tava cu hartie de copt, se pun bilutele de aluat si se coc cca 20 de minute. Se lasa la racit.</p>

<p>Ciocolata se topeste la bain-marie cu putin ulei. Se inmoaie biscuitii in cioco si apoi se lasa la uscat.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>un piept de pui<br />
o ceapa<br />
un catel de usturoi<br />
sare<br />
piper<br />
ulei de masline<br />
putina apa<br />
sos dulce acrisor cu specific chinezesc<br />
orez brun</p>
<p><strong>Preparare:</strong></p>
<p>Se incinge wokul, se aduga ulei de masline, ceapa si usturoiul tocate marunt, apoi pieptul de pui taiat cubulete. Se caleste bine pe toate partile, se adauga sosul dulce-acrisor, sare si piper si le lasam sa se patrunda. Eventual mai adaugam si apa.<br />
Cand este gata se asezoneaza cu orez brun fiert in apa cu sare.<br />
Simplu si bun!</p>

<p><strong>Este un aperitiv excelent si foarte bun cand este cald.</strong><br />

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>1 kg faina alba<br />
o lingura de sare<br />
2 pliculete de drojdie uscata<br />
ulei de masline<br />
cam 700 ml apa calduta<br />
telemea<br />
rosii uscate in ulei<br />
busuioc si oregano, proaspete</p>
<p><strong>Preparare:</strong></p>
<p>Se amesteca faina cu sarea, drojdia si apoi se adauga incet apa calduta si uleiul. Se framanta un aluat. Practic acesta trebuie sa ramana foarte moale, el nu se va intinde cu merdeneaua. Se lasa la crescut o ora.<br />
Intr-o tava dreptunghiulara se pune hartie de copt se unge cu ulei de masline si se intinde cu manilie unse cu ulei jumatate din aluat. Se rade  deasupra telemeaua, se pun rosiile tocate si busuiocul si oregano maruntit, iar deasupra se pune restul aluatului. Tot cu mainile unse se lucreaza. Se unge suprafata cu ulei, se pun frunze de oregano si se da totul la cuptorul preincalzit pentru 30 de minute.</p>

<p>paste<br />
3 conserve de ton Rio mare<br />
masline<br />
rosii cherry<br />
busuioc proaspat<br />
sare<br />
piper<br />
zeama de la o lamaie<br />
1-2 castraveti murati</p>
<p><strong>Preparare:</strong></p>
<p>Pastele se fierb conform nstructiunilor, se clatesc si se scurg.<br />
Se amesteca cu tonul scurs de ulei si maruntit. Adaugam maslinele, rosiile taiate in 4, castravetii taiati rondele, sare, piper, zeama de la lamaie si busuiocul verde maruntit.<br />
Simplu si gustos.</p>
